Corporate event for Nicola Hilton – British Street Food Awards Judge/No. 1 Foodie Influencer in Wolverhampton
Urban Spice Box smashed it with their Punjabi Rice Boxes. Basmati pilau rice topped with either chicken tikka, lamb keema or spinach and chickpea. Served with fresh salad, homemade mint sauce, chilli garlic sauce and coriander. It’s fair to say it went down a storm. Super efficient service and generous portions of tasty food, what’s not to love? -
